How the pre-launch Landscaper Estimator website currently collects and uses personal information.

1. What information we collect

When you join the early-access list we currently ask for your name, business name and email address. You may also provide your website address. We record whether you gave consent and the time the form was submitted.

If you contact us by email, we will also receive the information you include in that message.

2. Why we use it

We use early-access information to confirm your signup, contact you about testing or launch availability, send relevant Landscaper Estimator product updates, answer questions and administer the pre-launch list.

3. Our lawful basis

For early-access and product-update emails, we rely on the consent you give when you tick the signup box. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying to an email or contacting us at the address above.

Where you contact us directly with a question, we use the information needed to respond to your request and manage our legitimate business communications.

4. Where information is stored

The website is hosted in the United Kingdom with our hosting provider. The current early-access form sends a notification email to Landscaper Estimator and stores a limited server-side fallback record so that a signup is not lost if email delivery fails.

We may later use a specialist email service provider to manage the early-access list and product emails. If that is introduced, this policy will be updated to reflect the provider and the processing in use.

5. How long we keep it

We keep early-access details while the product is being tested and launched, or until you ask us to remove you. We may retain minimal records where reasonably necessary for security, legal or administrative purposes.

6. Cookies and analytics

The current pre-launch website does not rely on advertising or analytics cookies. If analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies are added later, the website and this policy will be updated before they are used where consent is required.

7. Sharing information

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that are necessary to run the website, email service and hosting. We may also disclose information where required by law.

8. Your rights

You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you believe your information has been handled improperly.

9. Future customer accounts

The paid Landscaper Estimator service is still being built. This policy covers the current public website and early-access process. Before customer accounts, subscriptions and the production estimator service launch, this policy will be reviewed and expanded to describe the final account, billing, estimator and contractor-data processing accurately.
