Important: Landscaper Estimator is currently a pre-launch product. Joining the early-access list does not create a paid subscription or guarantee a launch date or testing place.

1. About this website

This website provides information about Landscaper Estimator, a software product being developed for landscaping businesses. It also describes Landscape Calculator Pro, a separate calculator application intended for practical landscaping calculations.

2. Early access

You may register interest using the early-access form. Registration is free and no payment is taken. We may contact registered users about testing, launch availability and related product updates in line with the consent given on the form.

3. Indicative pricing and planned features

Any subscription prices, packages or features shown before launch are indicative or planned unless expressly stated otherwise. They may change before a paid service is offered.

4. Estimator figures are not quotations

Examples shown on this website demonstrate an indicative estimating process. An estimator result is not a binding quotation, valuation or guarantee of the final price of landscaping work. Actual prices can depend on site conditions, access, materials, measurements, waste removal, labour requirements and the contractor's final assessment.

5. Contractor responsibility

The planned SaaS product is intended to allow landscaping businesses to configure their own services, rates and branding. Each contractor remains responsible for the rates they enter, the information presented to their own customers and any final quotation or contract they issue.

6. Landscape Calculator Pro

Landscape Calculator Pro is a calculation aid. Results should be checked against project measurements, supplier information, site conditions and professional judgement before materials are ordered or work is undertaken.

7. Intellectual property

The Landscaper Estimator name, website content, product design and original software are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may not copy, resell or commercially reproduce the website or software except where permission or a product licence expressly allows it.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but a pre-launch website may be changed, suspended or updated without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, information on this pre-launch website is provided for general product information and should not be relied on as a professional quotation, construction specification or financial commitment.

10. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes relating to them are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
